New Orleans, Louisiana is often referred to as the most unique city in America. It is widely know for its cuisine and music, and is notably the birthplace of jazz. It has always been a major player for music, showcasing its entangled European, Latin American, and African cultures. New Orleans hip hop has produced artists like Lil Wayne, Master P, Birdman, and Juvenile. New Orleans is also a great place for attending its famous annual celebrations and festivals, especially Mardi Gras. And right next door, the NFL's Saints play at the beautiful Mercedes-Benz Superdome, which holds over 72,000 people. The Saints won their first SuperBowl in 2009 in their only appearance.
